  8. iv got some new ball joints comming as one had a fair bit of play and another had been damaged by yours truley when i was removing them, as they one was an upper arm on the left and the other a lower on the right i decided to replace the lot, i have access to a large hydraulic press so hopfully ill manage it.

iv also got 2 new shocks, a fixed stearing arm (i broke the last one) and an anti-roll bar fitting kit

finally got that arch in after many trial fits, but i have made a slight error while fitting the B pillar, its very slightly twisted :'( making lining up a real pita

had to flattern this rippley poo pressing

i did hang the door before fiting, the pic came out very poor though

had to make a lil repair here as i got a bit carried away with the disc cutter, luckily i didnt cut through to the chassis

4 out and 4 in, i had to cut 2 of them up so i could get the eccentric bushes off. all fitted and ready for a coat of paint,

master cylinder given a coat of reconditioning paint,
    [IMG]

also attacking the front beam, need it finished as its taking up too much space in the garage
i got a knott wheel for the grinder and attacked the remaning crud, it made a mess of the garage floor lol

    rust treated
    [IMG]

    painted
    [IMG]

iv been banned from painting today as we have people comming to view our house today and the smell of paint isnt appealing, i disagree but if it all comes off i could end up with a doubble garage which would be worth the 1 day of not painting

  17. Nice work, keep it up.

A nice tip for seam sealering where u can see it is to mask either side of the seam and just brush it withing the edges of the masking tape. Gives a nice straight line of sealer.
