Massive % of USA court cases settle out of court. That's why she wanted the case to be heard there, oh and the fact she was 17 so not legally a minor over here. Not that I think he is innocent tho.

Looks as though he wasn’t allowed to say that he hadn’t done anything wrong. We’ll never find the details. It’s being pushed that he is making a payment to charity, little or nothing about the payment to her which is likely to be millions.

I think it's being taken as an admission, and recognition of the inevitable conclusion in court of Royal Porridge. The Charity will have to disclose the "undisclosed amount" its getting because ........ it's a Charity.
