We were donated a beautiful pig called Petal, but what the owner failed to tell us was she was pregnant. We only found out four weeks ago when they arrived the are so cute, we will be looking to rehome them in September. I live in the country and it seems to be fashionable to get a piglet at the moment. But they all end up getting rid of them as soon as they find out their poo will fill a bin bag and they grow very big and ugly and trash their garden and house. I like them but I can see them on the farm if I want
yeah that woman advertised that on a group for home schooled children...now is it me or is that just a disaster waiting to happen lol....thought id see if anyone had pigs already and wanted any before little tommy an exceptional child of 11 gets eaten by the pig.....hehe
Had one on the farm and it grew massive. Stood 3ft if it was an inch (and about the same wide). She was so friendly though. You just needed massive cahoonas when feeding her; if she was at the far end of her pen when you walked and she smelt food.....
