Great work Para , how did you get on with the rustoleum in the end?

 

I’m not using rustoleum barry

 

I looked at what I’ve done today and wasent quite happy with it but thought it will have to do.

Then tonight chilling and having a few ales I looked back through my pictures

It’s loads better than it was when i started

One thing that made me chuckle is that the sliding door track now has more paint on it than when it left the factory

 

Painted the front arch/cab step

 

that colour change has transformed your van , will ye put military decals on it

 

i've seen people camping in worse ;-)

looks great- love the colour. what's with the hole in the floor? escape hatch? emergency wee-wee in the night hole? underfloor storage?

So again it may not be perfect but it’s an improvement on how it was before.

Prepped and painted the a pillar and the cab door shut.

 

what sort of roller are you using ? it does look good

 

The places you can’t get a roller into I’m using rattle cans and for the rest I’m using mini flock rollers.
I found they worked better with this paint than foam rollers.

 

I can imagine that it’s a very satisfying job. Great results.

 

Great rollers , I’ve just used them to refurb a kitchen. The problem with foam is they create small bubbles

Atleast put some tyre pressure stencils on it.
