I’m pretty sure it happened just like that but it was a good few years ago so I can only remember the pain and on a scale of one to a hundred it was lots and lots. Luckily my technological ineptitude makes me a little less than competent with tellys and recording devises of all descriptions so not guilty on watching videos

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,don’t think I’d like to see a vid of the op:)

Anyone thinks like me. We all know it ok to leave it there . But it's a little like a loose shoe lace . You can't tighten just the one shoe , you have to do them both . That's what its like leaving things like this . I would just have to get it out . I had it a couple of months back . Dropped the starter bush into the clutch area. I removed the engine to get it out . But it would probably have been ok left in .when you've got a itch you have to scratch it.

I think that's what @Barry Haynes uses when he says he's going fishing.

If yours is too strong, just put a couple of wraps of gaffer tape around it and try it again. Repeat repeat repeat until you got it how you want it.

    Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,, just thought of that:)

I've had a plug stuck in the tinware for a couple of years, spent time trying to get it out and in the end gave up. I'm sure I'll have to pull the engine sometime and it'll fall out then.

Read your post last night and decided to investigate re endoscope . I have amazon prime and ordered the most popular one for 10 pounds . Came this morning and it's a great little toy . It has attachments for the end , a hook , a magnet and a mirror. Don't think it will be easy to move either with or without attachments once it's in a tight spot . It's for android phones or computers . Probably gonna put it in my cheap one use only drawer and never use it. But you just never know
