hi all anyone put off road tyres on their bus , fancy doing this and found some nice 205-80-16 tyres which will be perfect as my van is running a golf git engine on standard 3 rib gearbox. Can it be done at standard height or need to be higher education. Thanks all
I've driven past a landrover freeloader spinning all 4 wheels in a very muddy field before i run Grabber AT2's in size 225/70/15's on the rear of my bay
Those tyres are 82mm (about 3 1/2") bigger diameter than the stock 185/80/14 so you might run into problems with the tyre hitting the front jacking point or bottom of the arch.
195 / 80 / 15 falcon all terrains on mine , had to shave a bit off the front lip of the outrigger to stop em catching .
I've just bought some LT wildcat all terrian tyres for mine 195/80 14 look great just need to fix the bus now to get them all on
For God's sake man you can't tell us that & not.... a) post pictures b) tell us where you bought them c) tell us how much..and ..d) post pictures
can't seem to upload a picture of them on my bus the back end is nearly done i have the wheels on but its still on axle stands
