I guess if you was strapped in all F1 stylie and had a HANS device you'd get out and walk away from that, certainly considering the doors look like they'll still open. Although most on-road accidents have a closing speed which is far greater than the 50kmh (30mph) as shown in the vid...

Saying that, having all of the above wouldn't be much cop if a flask, tin of beans, frying pan and RNR bed came forward and mashed the back of your head. My overhead locker dropped last year under braking, it would have decapitated anyone in the back if it had broken loose

 

My mate arse ended a volvo in my old bus - the overhead locker hit the front bulkhead!
