the first thing i did was change the old canvass



conviently someone had already bought one and I found it in the van..



next I started to do the bodywork

Dont know what your doing with the cargo floor, but Heritage are now saying they do a repair panel with the correct contours.

 

You poor things. I swear, every time one of you posts pictures of a newly acquired bus it looks like it was dredged up from the bottom of a lake.
