One other thing that might be an easy fix (unless you are me!!) the M25 was......well...the M25, nose to tail and when I was braking behind the traffic the van kept cutting out. I kept having to blip the throttle, brake, come off the brake to blip the throttle again to stop it cutting out

I had similar behaviour with ours and it turned out to be the fuel cutoff solenoid on the carb wasn't screwed in properly. Does it idle ok?

 

Ow do from the White Rose. Nice wheels.

 

It does when cold but once warmed up it tries to go below idle and cut out

Hi from Cheshire, does yours have a brake servo ?

 

Not looked that deep into it but it felt like the brakes were good enough to be servo assisted

 

Nice colour bus, Dave, looks the same as mine. I’ve also got a 1303.

 

You don't know if they do 1302s steering box refurb kits do you?

 

Not sure on that. Mines got a posh rack on it. Back in the day I had a few 1303’s and they all had worn out steering boxes. You could try mega bug.
