New front end or repair

So when I brougt my bus I knew that the front panel had been damaged, looked like small impact has deformed it slightly. It’s not that bad but has some areas of rust. The question is do I repair and make do or do I remove it. I was given a new front end with it, can I do this myself ? I am pretty good at body work, lots of practise on my mark 1 golf but I’ve never welded in my life. Is the glass easy to remove ?

I decided I’m going to have a go at changing the front end myself, where do I make the cuts? I have a replacement front so I know where to cut by the window and at the bottom but where do I cut down the sides ?

 

The panel folds round the edge at the side ?

Repair that, you won’t make it much better if at all with a new front panel

 

Chances are it will be worse with a new panel
