I'm finally getting round to updating my thread.
With the rear end chassis repairs more or less done, the next bit I did was the l/h sill/door runner area. I had done this already but wasn't happy with the runner I had made, so I ended up using a reasonably solid sill cut off another bus which needed a bit of repairing. I don't have any photos of the sill repairs but here is the sill/runner fitted & the original step going on:

I then had to make the bottom of the c-post, I've seen this repair done a million different ways, but I decided to replicate the original cross section. This required 6....or was it 7? Separate pieces welded together .......

    1st bit:

All welded and tidied up, tacked on ready for welding on...

Was it only 5 pieces? It seemed like more

    Lots more to come...

The next bit I tackled was the cargo floor. I bought new genuine floors but they're lhd so I had to cut the edge off the l/h one & graft it onto the r/h one:

    (Picture not great)

I then had to make a panel to fill the trumpet-shaped gap at the front:

    Tacked in:

Welded & tidied up with a quick splash of primer:

Drilled for welding & (almost) ready for fitting.....

With the floors ready for fitting, I decided to paint the chassis & the underside of the floor before fitting rather than having to paint them from underneath afterwards.

First a couple of coats of 2k epoxy primer:

    Then top coated:

    From underneath with floors fitted:

With the cargo floor fitted (504 welds later!) the next job was to replace the fuel tank shelf/lower bulkhead but the only one I could find was a fairly rough one with some bits missing so I grafted on two side edges & a new front:

I had to do some repairs to the leading edge of the upper bulkhead:

I bought a lower bulkhead panel from schofields & attached it to the fuel tank shelf using 4mm bolts initially to line everything up before welding:

After fitting the new r/h wheel tub, I fitted & welded in the new bulkhead panel:

I must say, so far in the project, this is the panel I'm happiest with-the fit is perfect & looks as per original.
