Bit of a nutter.

 

He seems to think that he’s clever. He obviously isn’t.

 

Is that him who said people from the north east had a lower intellect?

 

Who?

 

All he did was quote from a scientific study that showed that folk from the NE were particularly adept at laying tarmac. And carving pegs.

 

Obviously not taking into account the artistry involved.

 

I think these people get jobs because they stop the prime minister looking like the biggest nutter in the government.
