Minor accident question ?

When I read this thread title I thought you’d run over a child.

 

Or a Morris Minor.

"I had a little bump in the supermarket car park today, and after they dug me and the other car owner out of the pile of rust and glass and varnished ash wood , they charged both of us £50 for parking too long in the car park. Should I complain? "

 

Theres always the possibility that the other car is uninsured/not taxed/stolen and they don't want to risk getting caught!
