Bowie, Bolan, Slade, 3 day week, strikes, strikes and more strikes, Punk and the red hot summer of '76.
The 70s were an ace time to grow up in, never a dull moment!

I wasn't allowed out part from go to school, what happened.

 

my Raleigh Budgie bike, and it being very hot one year and the ground was that dry at Skeggy on holiday there were big cracks in the ground and then we had a mini earth tremor, I thought that was it, I thought the ground was gonna swallow me up....it's ok it didnt.
