Masons Campsite, Appletreewick

  1. Spent three night at Masons Campsite in Appletreewick and what a superb site it is. Set in stunning surroundings alongside the River Wharfe, facilities always nice and clean, hot showers, coffee bar and small shop on site. Really nice bunch of people camping / friendly atmosphere.

I'll recommend Masons and would go again without a doubt.

As a plus, The Craven Arms is five minutes walk away for very nice food and really good, locally brewed beers.

I'll not post pics of the campsite as a, I didn't take any only ones looking at the surroundings and b, they are some on the link to Masons website :D

Do you have to join the Masonic Lodge to stay there?
Any funny handshakes or goat riding involved?
Asking for a friend from down sarf.

  3. Upper Wharfedale. Perfect when the weather is good and a good excuse to visit the cruck barn when it isn't. Was there any Ferret racing on?
