First posted February 2011 Marowak's Carpark Special Anyone interested may like to try one of my quick n tasty carpark specials... Large flat mushrooms placed in a frying pan with just a splash of olive oil(to stop burning) on a low n slow heat, grated cheese spread into the upturned mushroom, whilst waiting, finely chop a red pepper. Grate some cucumber and mix with a blob of light mayo n a squirt of lemon, this forms ya dip. The mushrooms are ready when the cheese melts then add chopped pepper onto the mushrooms and serve.
