  1. Nice one Zebedee, brilliant find!

    3901mick and Barneyrubble like this.
  2. Perhaps the effortlessly efficient @Zeds Butler is responsible...?

  3. Which French one? I know and have used two of them, Serial Kombi and Auto Passion.

Where does it say who the author of the map is?

  4. That would be me. People could add to the map, but the map either got hacked or the information was lost by Google. I got the map back and have closed it to outside editing. Midland EB address was correct by the way.

If you have a garage that you actually recommend, add the name of the company on this thread along with a postcode and I'll put it on after a bit of verification.

  6. Thankyou very helpful there is another garage in SW London that will do repairs:))

  7. I've got a few additions and a correction:

M Restorations on Table Oak Farm CV8 1PX are now Woolies Workshop. He's more into breaking front-engined Porsches these days, but he does still do air-cooled. He's a good bloke and I would recommend him.

Also on Table Oak Farm are Volkshaus. They're in Unit 6a. They're listed as car dealership/car service. I've never used them for either of these things, but I did buy a dashboard from them.

Also, I noticed that you haven't got Retro Performance in Brownhills listed on there. Their details are:

    Retro Performance
    Unit 6 Toll Point
    Lichfield Road
    Brownhills
    West Midlands
    WS8 6JP

    0773 624 8020
    info@retroperformance.co.uk

    Opening Hours:
    Monday to Friday - 8 till 4
    Saturday - By appointment only
    Sunday - Closed

I have used these guys a couple of times. They've always been good when I've needed stuff doing to my Bay and were a bit closer to where I lived when I was in Birmingham than M Restorations were.
