From back to front you haven't got:
    Heat exchangers
    Heat riser tubes
    Heater control pods
    Concertina tubes.

    Then you have got
Y-Piece (that would be REAL trouble if it had gone missing)

Then you haven't got the lond tube down the middle.
After that I didn't notice any pics.

The bits of tin on the fan housing look like they've been made a press fit so should prise off. You need two little bits of tin here that together with the heat exchangers form a clamp around the fanhousing outlets.

  11. ^ what Zed said above. Get back to stock, and you'll be toastie warm.

Some of your pics are hilarious - sorry - whoever did did the "mods" obviously hadn't the faintest idea how all this stuff works. The air scoop's a gem... :)

  13. Ricky, i know stock is ideal for running around, but on top of that for camping, i was going down the eberspacher route but I've read they're a bit on loud side (i don't know how true this is) but blue bird customs are doing a good price on a propex at the moment that is quit tempting, it can also 'apparently' be linked into the center tube with an adaptor and some drilling for demisting the screen have a looksie at this: http://www.bluebird-type2.co.uk/heat.htm 2nd one down the page

If anyone knows of where to get it cheaper let me know ;)

that is a good idea but it's a lot of cash, i'm not worried about use while camping because i'll do electric hook up when it's cold or at a push stick the cooker on for ten minutes.....i'm slowly collating the parts to fix up the proper heat - all be it for now it will be on all the time and to the screen only - this will totally depend on what bits i have sourced and IF the exchangers i have actually fit.....lol

  15. I just happened to notice the advertisements scrolling down the right side of the TLB home screen, clicked on this one-
    http://fiftysixdelux.com/index.htm
and found this. Has anybody mentioned these in this thread yet?
