Well, the Bus is out of the paint shop and looking amazing in Tiaga Green. Now to start saving for the interior refurb in time for next Summer. However, after spending £740.00 to an 'expert' to overhault the brakes and 'service' it, I find it is missing the nice chrome K&N Filter (there just isnt one on), it has an unfamiliar looking (and flat) battery and runs like a poorly pig. So, Im looking for a Newcastle/Sunderland/Durham based VW specialist that I can trust to do the work well and start a long and happy relationship with. Anyone?
Just to clarify, you had someone service your van only to find the battery was not the one you sent it fitted with and an air filter is missing..surely thats theft isnt it? I dont suppose you have piccies to prove they did a swap do you?
