nice stripes and truck mirrors; but i would have spent the cash on that windscreen edge and a wheel arch... But I am boring...
Whole front panel is rotten/filler/patches so is the arch but not got £400+ to fix them and not likely to ever save that kind of cash up. I did have £6 for stripes though.
cant believe you've been restoring your bus since 2001 ....makes me think my resto was quite quick Its great you've been keeping it on the road and using it through out
yep my kind of resto ,i see no point in buying something and keep it locked in the garage for years... (conveniently forgets about his own pickup)
I could really do with about £2000 of panels throwing at it, but thats not gonna happen unless those 6 numbers come up on the lotto.
buy a bottle of rocket activator 5 mm mixed with your paint and activator it will dry in no time great stuff
Bugger, found a crack in the panel behind the front bumper. Turned camper around so i can hopefully work undercover if it rain.
Found a few more holes after poking around with a screwdriver. Everything else seems solid, just the inner front valance thats buggered.
It'll get patched again for another year. I think the cab step on the passengers side is possibly just made of filler and the step mat is stuck down with silicone sealer. Not gonna open that though.
