lets see your engine bays

Well mine doesn't measure up to the previous engine bays at all, but I am happy with it:

When I got it:



Now (minus the foam seal which was put back in):

 

Ours after Birdy finished with it (excuse the rubbish photos):

 

this is probably a proper stoopid question: is there any reason why we shouldn't paint the whole engine bay black?

 

mines all black - and orange and pink and brown (rusty) ....

 

I want mine painted Gold!

 

my old late bay was painted black looked awful, i like body coloured but i'm a boring ol fart ;D

some stunnng engine bays, you should all be proud

my effort, have snce tidied the wiring and fitted the hoses etc

 

No where near as pretty as some of the bays featured here...





And once its back up and running i might try and tidy it up a bit...
