so i had some haggis left over from last nights haggis neeps and tatties so i thought i'd have it for breakfast fry off some onions and boiled cubed potatoes and apply black pepper liberally and a pinch of salt when they've got some nice tasty burnt bits on add the haggis. serve with fresh bread and butter pure breakfast stodge, i'm sure the sweatys will call it sacrelidge, but it tasted good so ho hum
Nice one dog , welove Haggis in our house , forgot to get some when i was in glasgow on saturday , nice idea for leftovers though
(a) you obviously have too much time on your hands in the morning to have time to cook that!! (b) I must buy some veggie haggis ... haven't had it in ages, so thanks for the reminder
