Just Kampers Delivery problems heads up

  1. Ordered some stuff on Monday. In the past have had goods within 24 hours.

    Checked my online account and status says "Complete"

    Just called JK customer services and apparently they have had a delivery problem concerning tracking numbers etc.

    Apparently everything that left them Mon, Tues and Weds this week has arrived back at their depot and is being issued with new tracking numbers and re-despatched tonight for delivery tomorrow.

    Just in case anyone was wondering where their Stuff is

    Very unlike them, when i ordered last month i rang at 1.30pm and it came to my work about 11.am the next day well impressive.

    What have they been up to for 3 days for everything to come back?

  7. I'm really angry about this....cheek of it pay for postage and they screw it up. like said above what have they done for 3 whole days? I just got off the phone.... oh yeah sorry about that blah blah blah could have let me know then via email? they send me junk mail enough!!....I'll be off to heritage in the future and heritage do free delivery for over £50......fuming I am :mad: wasted 3 day sitting here for the delivery...

  11. I did actually they said it'll be with you tomorrow that was on Tuesday ;) . I even phoned the order through so as NOT to make any mistakes

    jk are normally great, that's why i use them. it's the couriers fault. in my experience jk have the best delivery record

    If theyve ballsed up, make sure you ask for the delivery charge back.

  17. I can only say good things about their delivery record with items I have ordered, not so about the quality of all the items, but thats another story for another thread ;)

    Like all suppliers, they supply some good stuff, some crap stuff.
    I've never had a problem getting exchanges / refunds for the rubbish.
    Its unusual for their delivery to fail though, which is actually surprising as they use Interlink!
     
  20. Think yerself lucky you can order from them, my accounts been buggered up somehow and I had to drive there the other week ::)
