Yo all, I’m going to order a new jk van cover and was wondering if we have a LB discount code. Cheers.

  2. If we do it probably won't fit :)

Ha ha. To be fair to JK my last cover has done a fine job but it's ten years old now and a bit thread bare. It's had a proper hiding from wind as well.

  11. I’ve literally just ordered a Maypole cover just for a change as I normally purchase a silver one with zips that ok but rips on the seams

  13. Have a stormforce one and has been good the last six years but have just sprayed Fabsil waterproofer over this to be sure. Use soft rope to hold down cover in strong winds with pipe insulation lengths on the top and underneath to stop rubbing and IKEA blue shoping bags which fir snug over the wheels.

I bought one of these for mine earlier this year. Looks the same as Micks. Strap from side to side underneath behind the front wheels and in front of the rear wheels. 3 straps across the rear and zips so you can open both front doors without removing the whole cover.
Mine has the spare wheel on the front and the cover went on no problem.

  15. I bought a maypole one last year. It survived the winter without a scratch. Like it so far. Bought it from Amazon I think. There is enough bagginess on the back to I keep your bike rack on. The straps on the back tighten it up.
I have a Devon pop top, and found it was a tight fit vertically, but enough to get the elasticated bits under the bumpers.

What’s it like for keeping the rain out?

  17. It isn't waterproof, but it keeps the worst off. It is breathable, so the van dries out. I had a problem with leaks from the roof and tailgate, and it stops those. I didn't get any mould this year!

Good thread. I'm just about to purchase one and wasn't sure what to go with.
FYI jk discount is obtained by calling and asking for a late bay.com discount. They discount different items differently so not a blanket amount.
