If you really need the money, then sell. If not, keep and enjoy the ups and downs. Selling in an auction means its a quick process, but set your reserve so you don't give it away. The auction house will promote it for you but charge fees of course. But you won't get a string of possible buyers and tyre kickers coming round your house to look at your van as you would on ebay or other sites.
