No! I would not have let that happen... got in touch with blokey who said his mrs has got rid already.... Shame, I hope it's going to be ok in it's new home. Sorry if I had you all worried there!
Some years ago , we already had a dog that was content then we adopted another from someone in a similar situation as yours - a dog he had was being bullied by the others and so another dog joined us - after a bit of squabbling it all settled down . Then eventually the first dog died and somehow we acquired another rescue dog - again after a few days the two got on OK . So twice we have been lucky with two dogs - you probably will be Ok too. However , Now again we are down to one dog and wonder whether to adopt another - but we are getting older ourselves as is the current dog ...........?????!!
