The intake manifold was sweating profusely after running the engine for a good while and then konking out. I pulled the exhaust off and the heat risers are completely blocked. Tried clearing with a length of clutch cable on a drill but it was achieving nothing so its come off along with all the bits that need to be moved out of the way.
