  1. The twitterers, facebog and media will have multiple spasms in the next month..

Until box article 50 is enacted ,which will take 2 years to complete,
this is not happening over night,
we will still be in the EU for the next 2-3 years and once the markets have made their money they will bounce back to within a few points of where they were.

On day one it maybe too soon to panic...

hence me putting "if they had ALL" meaning both..... so, if both sides hadn't lied people like me wouldn't have defaulted and voted piggy boy out.

You're right, I read that wrong . Still, whatever they said, must have been hard for Dave to fight the battle with Corbyn's general lack of enthusiasm pulling in the opposite direction. If he'd got his finger out maybe Remain could have swung it. Woulda , coulda , shoulda eh? Like you say, have to deal with it

I just spoke to my might Dave ( the economist) down the road, he reckons you're right.

He also reckons West ham will fill the Olympic stadium every week.

    I don't think he's a sound judge tbh.

Saw this earlier. Thought it very apt.

One troubling aspect of today's Brexit fallout? The number of normally considered people on social media who are publicly calling approximately 50% of their fellow voters, friends, colleagues, family, employees and so on small minded and stupid! Respect the vote, embrace the vote, turn the vote into a vehicle for positive change and opportunity, because which ever side of Brexit you were on yesterday, we are all on the same side today and tomorrow!

  18. I backed remain. Now I'm thinking how can brexit be used to make the UK a better place and deliver changes I want. I'm not thinking the other 52+% of the country are racists and murderers etc

People want change, which is good as so do I

Whoah there! Hold the press! The bartering is just beginning, that was stage one. If the EU really don't want us to leave concessions are needed. This is not a done deal.

IN peeps, you agreed the EU is not perfect back there ^. What is the minimum that needs changing that would convince enough Outers (hardly any really) to vote IN on the re-run that will surely happen in the next few years?

That is the sad truth. Hardly any concessions would be needed to swing it the other way, but there must be enough to force a re-run. That's a tricky line to draw.
