This is the thing, you make a very good point, people often do have very meaningful personal reasons for tattoos as you do and I do myself. And it’s also entirely understandable that observers will make judgements. I guess my choice was to have mine on my shoulder where it is hardy seen, but others do things differently. Each to his own. Who knows why they have a watch tattoo on their wrist. Might be the same reason as yours. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Point made and taken. I’m always posting throw-away comments and regretting them later. Maybe one day I’ll learn to think first. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
ALL my tattoos tell a story of my existence and the things that have happened so far in my life. A bit like an inky book with not many words... still got loads to get. I want to be a good read in my death bed. Maybe get skinned and hung on a manikin.
My Daughter has tattoos on various parts of her body The ones I’ve seen are ok I did say when she started getting them that she would have them forever . I don’t have any tattoos but then I dont have a PHD Or degrees in biology like she has either Be careful what you judge people by
Dont distress yourself over it on my account, I often speak my mind, then get a ‘raw licking’ for it. Usually, on here.
I hope she does well in her career, and gets more ink, when she wants it. Ironically, my bro did his 22 in the navy, and never came out with a single tat. Ironically, he did have a phd and degrees in biology, as he trained in the naval medical school
It’s the only thing you take with you.If there is an afterlife, at least you can show someone you had 500 quid, once! (And they might say...”fork me! You had £500,and you wasted it on that!”).
Well we have had the neighbourhood watch So maybe the Town clock might be right 3 minutes to two.. I wouldn’t hang around near it to see how accurate it is though
As an installer of fair sized solar pv systems I have a Citizen solar watch too as the everyday battery ones tend to die a curious death within a year with me! This is however my second Citizen solar watch as the first with stopwatch died after a year, was refurbed by citizen and died just outside its warranty period!! This one without stopwatch is doing well at 2 years. I also have a discreet tat from my merchant navy days.........
