Husbands Bosworth Festival with Free Camping 23rd-25th June 2017

I think this has already been posted but as it's so close to us thought I would share again, from what I understand if you turn up in a VW or classic you can camp for free (I do need to check we can in Alfie!)... we are def going well weather dependent but would be great to see anyone else there! Looks like from a previous post you can camp from Friday evening...

UPDATE: Husbands Bosworth Festival is free to camp if in a VW camper and you can camp from Friday afternoon to Sunday sounds a fab weekend xx we will be there xx

so do you just turn up? is it an actual campsite or is it a village green type affair?

 

It's a field within the Husbands Bosworth Hall/Park from what I understood from the organiser u camp in the field then on the Saturday they have like a party in the park type event old fashioned fair etc then music in the afternoon/evening. All they ask is for a donation in the bucket on the Saturday night if you so wish, he said there's nothing going on on the Friday because who camps there tend to make their own entertainment
