and we have to do the same thing, so if anybody has any pics of turnaround stands...
would be nice to see them.. so we can make one to fin our van

    thank you for your help

I thought you were going to ask us how we turn around as in parking and 3 point turns. I had a sarcastic reply but that's no use now :)

  5. Hi mate, check out my resto "rusty" on here, He's currently rolled, theres some pic's up of it going over. and can send you more detailed ones or post them on here if you like. It was really simple to roll too. ;D

    Thanks Scott

  7. Hi, Here are the pic's of the rollers. I'll try and explain it best I can.
Both rollers are bolted to the hubs, making sure the front wheel is straight bolt a brace between the two rollers, to stop front trying to turn as it gets rolled.

you either need 4 big people or an engine lift to get it started, we ran a strap through the front beam and the tube bit at the back as these were the only 2 solid bits we could find.

once over stick two jacks underneath the roller to sturdy it up and save it from rolling back.
The bus is still about 10degree's off from being fully over.
the rollers are approx: 1200mm high 1000mm long and 350mm wide. the radius is around 650mm. Bar is 50mm and the plate is 10mm

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks Scott.

also have a set of the rollers that bolt to the hubs that i made myself from scafold pipe bent with a hydraulic pipe bender i used these to roll the van on first to check the chassis was solid etc and do some bits underneath but once you have used a rotiseire you will never go back to rollers!!!!!!! plus they need loads less room (width) to roll the van and you can go from one way up to the other in 5 second rather than 2 hours plus you dont need axles on to roll ideal for underbody paint and sealing

  10. They look bob on, only probs for me would be my front ends well gone.
