  1. Hello all fans of LateBay VW.

My name is Jacek (Jack) and I live in northern Poland (Borowy Mlyn - "Forest Mill") near the Malbork, Kwidzyn, Gdansk.
You have to forgive me but I will support the translator google, Although I was two years in the UK, (2005 and 2006), but swallowed only language spoken.
Write correctly, unfortunately, I can not (I learned other languages), but I can help the forum users in Polish, German and Russian languages.

My story with VW began in 1992, since 1994 I organized a big VW meeting for 12 years, (Sztum Poland)
I have at the moment 3 old VW ((T1 Panelvan 1960, Faltdach 1962 VW Beetle, VW T2 Highroof 1979 and one newer VW Caddy Life TDI 2009 ;-).
The first 3 VW waiting for repairs, although VW T1 I thing want to sell, caddy works ...

I have a computer shop and service and dealing with graphics, prints and advertising.

My three little daughters waiting impatient for traveling the old VW...

2 weeks ago my brother Kamil took to the UK gearbox 6-rib 091 that I want to sell.
The gearbox is in Telford Shropshire - will leave it for sale in the parts for sale.

I have an interesting concept in mind ...I want to build my '79 VW T2 as BUSARU on the (shortened) frame of the Mercedes ML with the propulsion system as in Subaru (engine and gearbox machine at the front - between the seats). Donor car already bought - Subaru Legacy sedan 2.2L GX. AT gearbox.

Now I am looking for a complete frame (chassis) of the Mercedes ML W163 with suspensions, wheels - no gearbox. I want to completely rebuild my T2 (my frame is in a terrible state - in fact it does not exist already ...).

I promise taken foto relations of this experiment, I think I will start in autumn 2015 - I have yet to put a makeshift garage (shelter).

    Greetings
    Jacek (Jack)

  8. Hello in the morning,
Don't write to me in Polish ;-) (I understand English good, but worse writing) - but it was nice to see the Polish sentence on the English forum, very nice....
    for LORD CONGI:
    Type 1 - Beetle, Type 2 - BUS (but T1 - 1949-67, T2 - 1968-79, T3 - 1979-92, T4 - 1990-03, T5 - 2003-15, T6 - 2015-present) , in Continetial Europe we say T1 for 1949-1967 Bus and T2 are talking bay window, vanagon called t3 ... Beetle is Beetle ;-)

Now I get from You a kick to continue work with my Busaru ML AWD (4x4) ...
