  1. Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your loss but couldn't think of a better way to continue his memory. All the best.

  2. Welcome Steph. Had a look at your blog and what an inspiring story it is - I'm exhausted just reading about all the plates you spin. Enjoy the van and don't fret about the driving, you'll soon get the hang of it.

  3. Hi Steph, have just being reading your blog, you're such an inspiration.
I'm sure your children will throughly enjoy the adventures you have together in the bus. I've recently brought a T2, it's also LHD and I find the gears tricky to say the least...but I am improving slowly and I'm sure you'll be absolutely fine in no time at all.
    Best wishes Victoria

  4. Sorry I've been a bit quiet, I will post properly in the relevant threads as I have a few questions but wanted to thank you all for you lovely, warm welcome and to let you know that I have driven the bus - in London traffic, on the A3, around one way systems, I've reverse parked, the works! - a couple of gear crashes and one stall but I've got the hang of it and I'm loving it! MOT due next month so we'll be driving down to Chichester and then it's all systems go for the big drive to Worthy Farm and Glasto! Thinking of coming to Techenders if I can sort out respite for Daisy (my youngest who has complex medical needs) as I'm determined to try and get to grips with some basic technical stuff. Being a LHD I do keep having to remind myself not to drift out into the middle of the road but all in all I think that Charlie the bus and I will get along just fine! Thanks everyone for you support and top tips! Steph
