HDR Photography

  1. The pilot was a nutter, flying sideways through trees and stuff. No idea how he didn't fall out of the sky!

  2. Although this is quite a new thing since major camera manufacturers started putting HDR settings on their cameras but pros have been doing it for years, by sandwiching negatives or slides together in the old days. (Slides printed on Cibachrome) Digital gives so many options for creativity and image improvement like the examples we see on here. I've used it a lot and it even works on video. Anyone tried that? You do need a good editing suite though.

  3. Looks good. Where do you get such an HDR program please? Any recommendations for downloads?

Here's one I took of the Transept in Peterborough Cathederal. It's 7 shots and I used Photomatix.
