I’ve replaced the the front panel and now the door sticks out I’ve adjusted the A piller side of the hinge and it’s as far in as it will go.
Any tips or is it just a case of filler the front panel to match the profile.

  4. Not sure of the best fix but do spend the time sorting.
I have the opposite problem with the front panel sitting proud of the door. On the face of it it doesn't look to be much of an issue but at 30mph the whistle starts. At 50mph its mind numbing and at 80........only joking.
On long journeys i've resorted to filling the gap with masking tape which stops the noise.

Hope this helps and gives you the motivation to get the filler out.
