79 Viking panel arrangement question. Does the panel that fixes to the front of the floor weld to the top of the top hat channel section by having a flange that turns to the rear or does the steel run down the side of the top hat and turn forward and fix to the flange of the top hat section. The dreaded belt of rust makes identifying the OE layout unclear. Picture shows the rear wheel arch panel from inside the van. As you can see its rotted out just above the floor level hence the question. Offside has been badly repaired so that doesnt help either.
