The thing is, JB isn't quite good enough is he? And he has a ridiculous name.
really? i'd disagree as would my fellow geek.
Sorry, I keep forgetting they're all as good as each other but the one with the best car wins.
Button is an excellent driver (in my opinion) but often his loyalty to a team has let him down, he wasted too many years trying to get Honda to the front.
i'm sure that being a gent even if he gets binned tomorrow he'll still not badmouth mclaren.
I'm of the same mind, at least not publicly.
This will be interesting if it's true
Nothing to do with wanting an other drive, as it don't look good badmouthinh previous employers.
As Zed says he ain't that good anymore or does like a true Brit and go for the underdog.
But then I can only go on what I see on race day as I don't follow the numbers/stats.
he has delivered the best out of the car he has been given, beating his teammate all season and providing the majority of points that allowed mclaren to finish where they did.

It's certainly all out, all change at Ferrari.
Wonder if Kimi will be there in 2016?
i doubt korea will go ahead 21 races is insane in my opinion, i know a few of the pundits were moaning on my twitter feed.
I think button has looked in decidedly low spirits in most of the post race interviews I have seen this year. The problem is, if he loses his seat at mclaren, he can only really end up in a worse car or out. I doubt he will have the patience to noodle around the back of the field in a caterham or a murussia.
How the 2015 grid is shaping up:
MERCEDES Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg
RED BULL Daniel Ricciardo and Daniil Kvyat
FERRARI Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen
WILLIAMS Valtteri Bottas and Felipe Massa
McLAREN TBC <<< here?
FORCE INDIA Nico Hulkenberg and Sergio Perez
TORO ROSSO Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz
LOTUS Romain Grosjean and Pastor Maldonado
SAUBER Marcus Ericsson and Felipe Nasr
MARUSSIA (ENTERED AS MANOR F1 TEAM) TBC <<< here?
CATERHAM TBC <<< here?
Rumours on the BBC website that VW are considering entering F1, i assume they will be putting a scooby engine in
so the mclaren meeting ended with no desision yet........... which i suppose is positive for button - at least they weren't lying about not knowing, i honestly expected him to go today.
There's a bit in auto sport this week explaining why car manufacturers would be stupid to enter f1 but should go down the sports car route if they want to enter world Motorsport.
