Could have been a lot worse

You pair really are f1 geeks.
some like vegball, some like eggchasing, some even like tennis.
real men like motorsport.
I like to watch but you 2s are well hooked.
i'm awaiting the news from maclaren to see if i unfollow them on twitter and put them into my pile of teams that i hope never win again.
Have they not reply to your million emails to sit on a drivers knee.
no, they've treated their drivers with no respect and are probably on the verge of ditching ex champ jenson, if this happens i will gladly laugh at every failure they have.
I'm proud to admit that
They have got quite a dilemma (although I agree they have not dealt with it well). On the one hand, they have a former F1 World Champion, with a proven track record and a "safe pair of hands" who has proven himself when given the right tools. On the other they have arguably a rising star of the next generation who won GP2 on his way up to Formula 1. If they manage to replicate the success of the last time they used Honda engines, then this could mean McLaren in the ascendency again. Big dilemma as to who you partner with Alonso.
they should really stick with jenson for a year and keep k-mag as 3rd driver until the car is ironed out in my opinion but hey ho.
I agree with Rick, keep Button but give Magnussen the role of third driver & get him to do a lot of the simulator work.
We'll find out on Thursday which way McLaren are going to go
Completely agree.... I would also throw in that if Telflonso is on the rumoured 1 + 1 + 1 deal, what's to say they might not need Jenson for 2016? If the Honda engine is a dog next year, they finish 6th or 7th in the constructors and Ham doesn't sign for Mercs in 2016 the rule book could be torn up again.
vettel said goodbye to red bull today at the factory, his leaving present includes one of his championship winning cars, which he can't have until he's left Ferrari!
So use Jenson as a test driver?
Why worry if they drop a driver, afteral they are running a business to make money.
no, use jenson's experience as a driver to forward the team quicker than a 1 season year driver.... also dropping a driver that creates good p.r. for the team can also lose them money.
Well you know what you like , me I just watch the races.
