I had a set bought for me by Costco about 2 years ago after I lost 1 coming home from having tyres fitted. I bought a set of these quite a few years ago but they've just been stored away. I was told that they were genuine VW. How can you tell if that's true? I know that with earlybay ones the genuine ones seems to be around 100g heavier than the pattern ones I had.

Hello, I remember! It wasn't the best weather for driving a buggy around! I'm afraid @yorkieman is taking the set. However i've got at least one more kicking around but it's been painted over by the previous owner. You can have it for the price of postage if you want. Or next techender if you remind me about it closer to the date.
