The photos show a ridged roof...

  2. you mean on the JK website? The bit where the panel goes looks pretty flat to me

  3. The "ridges" on the T2 Moonraker are along the length of the roof, so probably best not to lay a panel over them.

The only viable place is the flat square in the centre, designed for the rarely fitted roof vent.

You must get different pictures to me.
When I follow your link I get a picture of a T5 with a ridged roof with the panel fitted over them.
Loads of people on here have fitted them to ridged roofs with no problem. They need the airflow anyway or they overheat and pack up.

Yeah my Devon roof is ridged and the solar panel goes over them fine, air flow underneath, and there’s a bloke on eBay who makes slightly raised corner fixings to counteract the rise of the ridges.

  8. Sorry you'r right, i was looking at the van in the video demo. Good to know ridges actually help for airflow. cheers
