Fishing off the back of the Bay...

  1. Took my bus fishing for the first time last night (just the second night I've slept in it). It was a lot of fun!

Slowly discovering the good and bad things about sleeping in a tintop camper. Thermal window blinds make a hell of a difference on a chilly night!

Any others on here who've fished from their van? Bursting out of the sliding door to hit a run was weirdly different to getting out of a bivvy!

Yep I do it nearly every week all year round, I’ve started to sleep in my bivvy as I’m nearer to my rods

    Where did you fish ?

  6. I fish the Folly syndicate in Peterborough, though my ticket runs out at the end of the month and I'm off up to the road to Deepings 3.
I'd normally be in a bivvy or under the stars, but I can park close to a few swims at this place and I fancied trying it.
    Where do you fish?

The Thames at Wapping Steps, or so I've heard.
Why don't you blokes fish for proper fish like salmon or trout?
