F45 Fiamma awning bracket

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by Foxy, Mar 5, 2017.

  1. Can't seem to find one to fit the bus. Tried the official website but the earliest one they stock is for t25 1980 onwards. Anyone know something I don't. Cheers

You’ll have to use T25 brackets, T2 ones don’t exist, the rear one fits okay the front needs a small mod. 081 (Medium).JPG

  6. What length is that one? Thanks

  7. That looks very convenient, how do the gutters stand up to the extra stress and weight?

    It’s a Fiamma F35 Pro 300, 3.0m long, I thought about 2.5m but very glad that I bought the longer one. http://www.motorcaravanning.co.uk/shopuk/fiamma_f35.htm
It’s been on a few years and the roof hasn’t come off yet so the gutters have stood up to the extra stress and weight without any problem. But there’s no rot in the gutters.

The F45 has a handle to wind the awning in and out, the F35 just unrolls, easy with two people, tricky on your own but not impossible. And the casing is a bit smaller and lighter.

I’m really happy with the F35 but if I were to buy again I’d probably cough up the extra for the F45.

  10. That's good to know, thanks

  11. Looks like the F35 smaller, lighter and simpler than the F45, am I making sense, its quite a bit more for the F45, right?
