Not really a live and let live kinda guy are you Chris? Out of interest - what do you do for a living?
The past month we waited in 4 different days for 2 recliner chairs, on each day we were fed more lies by phone call, we cancelled after the 4th wasted day. We managed to get compensation when i kicked up a stink about wasted work days my otherhalf had to take, which is true. We got a leather storage box worth £500
BT business lines. They cocked it up big style. They cut me off so they could instal new systems. Then they didn't arrive for 7 days to instal it, during which my business worked without any phones! Then they refused to accept and responsibility! So I hounded them and hounded them. I demanded compensation of £2000. And that's exactly what I got out of them. By cheque. But they didn't make it easy. I guess they think they're so good at fobbing off most folk that they thought they could get away with it with me too. No chance. In my experience, I have never come across a company as bad as BT. They're so bad you'd think they were State owned
