  1. - here is the map with route suggested by C&CC - I think it avoids horrible windy roads with hills!

  2. There is a shortcut that takes you over a fell as well on that route ,not too bad but would recommend really.

  3. Yep I will get them in and drink them ,think I'll be first arriving Thursday evening?

  5. My interior is still in pieces too!

  6. you don't need to go into broughton keep on the main road it will bring you to the same place, when you go down the hill you will come to a control traffic light for a bridge and if you use sat nav it will send you to the right before the bridge and after it,,, don't. keep to the main road.
we took @bernjb56 down the route with the cross on its not bad but a little narrow when you have tractors coming the other way.

  7. This is what was suggested to me - ten miles shorter than going round the long way

  13. That's the Ulpha way i think. 1st gear for a bit but then majestic afterwards

  14. Yeah. That's the Ulpha way. None too hairy just a little stubble

  15. Are you setting off today?

  16. yep that's going to ulpha, to get there it would be first gear up the hill from the traffic lights. spent a lot of time up that way.....

  17. Nah only went in 1st for a bit ,main problem was because it was night there were loads of sheep in the road lay down that wouldn't move.
