End float setting with B&Ps installed

In the throws of building a type 4 short motor and want to build up as much as possible before i pull the one out of the van. Is there any issue with setting crank end float once the barrels & pistons are installed? As I need to use the drive plate (auto) from the engine in the van.

 

No problem, push the crank towards the flywheel end as you build the engine.
