Elemental #7 - Stansted, Essex - 14th April 2012

just got in from Elemental - weather was great and next year I'll be staying over - nice and relaxed, some great vans (and karmanns) on display. Had a sniff round the TLB camp, met Baghead, bought some bits and pieces. Not sure about the rust paint though LOL

 

Rolling on home now after a fantastic weekend again. Thx techno. Saw you in a different light last night. Brilliant band and that tambourine solo was classic don't you think so Rich?! Lmao!!!

Just got back and sorted the van out for the next trip, had a great time and even though we didn't get to camp with you all (only about 5 meters away) had a good time chatting to a few, unfortunately ran out of time to get to meet everyone.

Big thanks for a great show. Finally managed to meet some of the late bay crew. Horts,mrs Horts, jenw, Birdy and of course young Mr Wiseman. The famous ginger beer went down a storm, thank god there was a burger stall to soak it up!
And yes, the wife did find the $47 hooker calling card in my back pocket today! Priceless.

Yep thanks Techno for a great show, letting me climb the photography tower (results to follow) and some great audience participation with your band on the saturday night.

Good to meet some old and new TLBers sorry I had to shoot off early but parenting needs must.

 

They pulled off a great weekend again, well done Techno and the crew.

On another note. . . Does anyone else fail to see the point of the Visiontech lads? :- 2 blokes drumming to a DJ. Why not just do away with the drummers and have a DJ? Then again, I might be going in to old fart mode.

 

I thought it was a "drum off". Sounded good, for a while. Still not sure what VisionTech were selling, so it's a no from me Simon.......(presses buzzer)
