Ok, I'm having a "brain fart" I've reinstalled my 1700 in the '73 bus and the electric chokes aren't working. There is power to them from the + of the coil, but I can't remember if the power rotates the choke lever and holds it open or keeps it closed until the element warms up to open the choke? Please direct me to a thread that describes their basic set up and tuning. Any thing would be a help right about now!!! It seems so far the chokes are marked with a L and R but they seem to be rotates the lever the wrong way. ???
