Fuel tank and gearbox in. Rear brake lines in and rear brakes built up. Sorry no pics as I didnt get time. Got s whole load of parts to drop off in the next day or two so I'll get some then
Hopefully mate. It was seized a bit but it's turning now. That's the clincher. I'm skint now so can't afford a new engine this year. Seems weird buying headlights and paint lol
Not much chance of that I've no engine and the bodywork needs re doing and the van painting again☹️ Best of luck with yours I'll be proper chuffed for you once it's finished and your out enjoying it
It's going to be far from finished, just roadworthy. I've had to make do with some bits because I'm skint lol. I'll have to do the arches in a couple of years. And I reckon a new engine next year. All new brakes, clutch, lights. Alternator conversion. Load floor. Rear corners. Cills. Outriggers. And so on. Just can't wait to drive it!
If he has a couple of genuine arches he doesn't want and is willing to deliver and fit them for free too I suppose I can take them if I have to. What you reckon @davidoft lol
Been over tonight to get a few bits sorted. Glass is going in next week so I've blasted some paint on the openings and started on the copious amounts of filler Sliding door looks a bit healthier. Fits and closes nicely. Needs a fair bit of filler though
