    First off, never mind the food- Sven; that's a brilliant photo :)

    Courgette and bacon pasta is a fave here (just add créme fraiche, garlic and a bit of grated cheese if you have some)

    Although, for a super quick meal you can't beat an omelette. I have these down to a fine art :)

    I don't know if it's their "signature" dish, but I can personally recommend ian and cathie's seafood risotto! Bloomin' fantastic! :thumbsup:

    I myseslf am rather partial to either a bacon sarnie or croissants for breakfast and I make a mean spaghetti carbonara from scratch in about 15 mins for dinner :)
