2 eggs cracked into a bowl, grate a fair bit of parmesan cheese in, a good dollop of double cream and a few grinds of black pepper. Mix it together and then mix into freshly cooked pasta. Tada! Spaghetti carbonara

Edit: Fry up a bit of pancetta and/or chopped chorizo and mix in to add some meaty goodness
